We're all moved in!
As it begins, our new development kitchen requires by law to have certain things in order to make such a project possible. My personal goal is one that not many people get the chance to do, so yes of course I’m going to have fun doing it, and share with you the weekly happenings.
The Pastry Kings new development kitchen will enable us to create, and learn new things, also offer us opportunity to better ourselves. In life as a Pastry Chef I’ve been so eager to learn more to our trade, and as time goes by, I also aim to host video streams and offer a recipe forum to help you better your own baking and dessert skills.
As it is a development kitchen, and what we cook will actually be given away, the kitchen does require by law a new food standards certification and Environmental Health Officer visit. This is why I’ll be documenting everything straight from the start, all the way to our first cooking day once the kitchen is set to cook in.
Our first posts and updates will be available here, Blogger, twitter, and Facebook. We intend to be fully operational for development from early 2014.
